RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We ship orders out at the earliest convenience for you to receive your order as quickly as possible! Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can keep track of your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange procedure?
We know that it can sometimes be tough purchasing things sight unseen, so we are making it super easy by giving you guaranteed satisfaction. Buy it, like it, hooray! Buy it, and it doesn't work, no problem. If it doesn't fit, isn't the right color, is not the print that you expected, whatever the reason, just send it back for an exchange or refund.
We do have a few requirements, just to be fair.
We're happy to take back unworn/unwashed item(s) within 10 days from the delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information).
The item can't have stains, and we don't cover washing mishaps, like bleach in the laundry. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping and include a note in the package with your order number stating if you'd like a refund or an exchange. Then, we'll cover everything from there.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. Refunds are only issued to the credit card / PayPal account used when the order was originally placed if within 30 days.
